Sales tax

Applicable sales taxes will be added to orders after a delivery address is entered during the checkout process.

Please note that for orders originating from and being delivered to Canada, sales tax is not charged and is the responsibility of the purchaser.

US Shipping & Delivery information

Fibre provides free shipping via ground on all orders over $400 (excluding sales taxes and discounts) to any street address in the continental states. We may run promotions from time to time that utilize an alternate shipping offer. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, US Protectorates and military APO addresses at this time.

International Orders

Whilst Fibre by Auskin is unable to ship internationally (except to Canada via ground) at this time, we do have other locations worldwide. Please contact your nearest Auskin team by email for further information on a distributor, store or online supplier in your region:

Service Guarantee

If for any reason your product experience falls short of your expectations we will ensure you receive a suitable replacement or a full refund. Please see below for our full returns and exchanges procedure.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your Fibre product we would like to know about it!

Please contact us, specifying the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must return your Fibre product:

  • in the original packaging
  • unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • with a receipt or proof of purchase
  • within 30 days of purchase date.

Auskin will pay the shipping cost for one (1) exchange only. Any additional exchanges will be paid by the consumer.

Please forward the tracking number for any returns to warehouseusa@auskin.com and include a note indicating the desired exchange so we can expedite the exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless the wrong product was shipped or the product arrived damaged. We recommend trackable shipping for return of all products.

We will email you confirmation on receipt of your returned product and, if all the above conditions are met, we will confirm your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original transaction. Except in the case of damaged or defective products, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Most refunds will be processed to your credit card within 3-5 working days, but can take up to 3 weeks from the date we receive your return. If after 3 weeks your refund has not been processed to your credit card, please contact us.

Exchanges will be shipped as per the original shipping method and will not incur a shipping charge.

Damaged or defective products

If you received a damaged or defective product, or we shipped you the wrong product, we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. Replacement products will be priority shipped. Please contact us so we can assist you with the return process.

Sale items

Please note that unless sale items arrive damaged or defective, they are sold on a final sale basis and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return of Gifts

If you wish to exchange a product that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please follow the returns and exchanges instructions above and include the delivery docket as proof of purchase. Be sure to contact us before shipping to arrange a suitable replacement product.

In the event that you received the gift directly from the purchaser, please contact us, specifying the name of the purchaser so that we can assist you with the return process and arrange a suitable replacement.

My Account Privacy Policy

The Fibre by Auskin website uses SSL (secure socket layers) to securely transmit sensitive personal information from your computer to the server, and back again. You can ensure that webpages used to transmit this sensitive information are SSL-encrypted by checking that the URL starts with "https://" instead of http://.

To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing/shipping address, email address and credit card information. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order or on any written communication deemed necessary in order to verify payment information.

Fibre by Auskin takes the utmost care to ensure your sensitive personal information is kept safe but despite our best efforts it is sometimes possible for third parties to intercept this information. We do not guarantee transmissions of data will be totally secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information about you, including your account login or other unique name or number identifying you and any password information used on this site, and you are fully responsible for all access and any activity that occurs through use of your member identification or password. Fibre by Auskin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized access or use of your user ID or password.

We will not share your email or personal information with any third parties or affiliated organization.
