US Shipping & Delivery Information
Fibre provides free shipping via ground on all orders over $400 (excluding sales taxes and discounts) to any street address in the continental states. We may run promotions from time to time that utilize an alternate shipping offer. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, US Protectorates and military APO addresses at this time.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your Fibre product we would like to know about it!
Please contact us, specifying the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must return your Fibre product:
- in the original packaging
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- with a receipt or proof of purchase
- within 30 days of purchase date.
Auskin will pay the shipping cost for one (1) exchange only. Any additional exchanges will be paid by the consumer.
Please forward the tracking number for any returns to salesusa@auskin.com and include a note indicating the desired exchange so we can expedite the exchange.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless the wrong product was shipped or the product arrived damaged. We recommend trackable shipping for return of all products.
We will email you confirmation on receipt of your returned product and, if all the above conditions are met, we will confirm your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original transaction. Except in the case of damaged or defective products, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Most refunds will be processed to your credit card within 3-5 working days, but can take up to 3 weeks from the date we receive your return. If after 3 weeks your refund has not been processed to your credit card, please contact us.
Exchanges will be shipped as per the original shipping method and will not incur a shipping charge.
Damaged or defective products
If you received a damaged or defective product, or we shipped you the wrong product, we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. Replacement products will be priority shipped. Please contact us so we can assist you with the return process.
Sale items
Please note that unless sale items arrive damaged or defective, they are sold on a final sale basis and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return of Gifts
If you wish to exchange a product that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please follow the returns and exchanges instructions above and include the delivery docket as proof of purchase. Be sure to contact us before shipping to arrange a suitable replacement product.
In the event that you received the gift directly from the purchaser, please contact us, specifying the name of the purchaser so that we can assist you with the return process and arrange a suitable replacement.
